Services Agreement

By engaging Kelly's Custombilt for restoration services, you agree to these terms. We provide professional antique restoration services based on mutually agreed specifications and pricing outlined in written estimates.

Payment Terms

Projects over $2,000 require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may vary due to material availability, project complexity, or unforeseen issues. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about their pieces, disclose known damage or repairs, arrange appropriate transportation, and maintain insurance during shipping and storage.

Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care, antique restoration involves inherent risks. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing hidden damage or material failures beyond our control.

Warranty

Structural repairs are warranted for two years, finish work for one year, against defects in our workmanship under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover accidents, misuse, or normal wear.
